As of January 2025, insurances are billed at $165 per hour but we accept what the insurance will pay plus the client’s co-pay. If you do not have insurance or do not want the insurance to be billed our cash discount is $140.00 per hour. Co-payments or self-payments are due at the time of service.
Typically, sessions last 55 to 60 minutes.
In the first session you and the Therapist/Coach will discuss together the challenges you may need some assistance with. Once we have assessed what the challenges are and feel that we can work together, we will establish some goals that you would like to work on during our time together. We will discuss your roll and the Therapist/Coach’s roll and give a few tips to get started. Subsequent sessions will focus on providing skills and support to help you work to manage your challenges more successfully. The Therapist/Coach will be your advocate, cheerleader, support system, coach, and help you hold yourself accountable for your growth and progress.
Potential clients can call the office at 801-367-7505 to make an appointment for a session time that works for you. If someone is not able to answer the phone right away, leave a voice mail and you will be called back within a day.
Yes, we use zoom as a platform for telehealth. Where possible, we prefer the first session be in person but subsequent sessions can be by telehealth. If an initial first in person session is not possible, it can all be done by telehealth.

Where this is not possible and you cannot give a 24-hour notice or you do not show up for an appointment, a no-show fee may be assessed.
