Typically, sessions last 55 to 60 minutes.
In the first session you and the Therapist/Coach will discuss together the challenges you may need some assistance with. Once we have assessed what the challenges are and feel that we can work together, we will establish some goals that you would like to work on during our time together. We will discuss your roll and the Therapist/Coach’s roll and give a few tips to get started. Subsequent sessions will focus on providing skills and support to help you work to manage your challenges more successfully. The Therapist/Coach will be your advocate, cheerleader, support system, coach, and help you hold yourself accountable for your growth and progress.
